Salad "Mushrooms under a fur coat" – a step by step recipe with photos on Cook.ru
Description of preparation:
We will prepare this version of the "fur coat" with champignons, add potatoes, eggs and cheese, add a little freshness to the cucumbers. For salad dressing we use mayonnaise, preferably home-made. Since the salad is laid out in layers, it must be allowed to stand for several hours to soak the ingredients. If you are approaching a holiday or there is a reason for a good feast, lettuce by all means take note!
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash and dry the champignons well, if you wish, you can use any mushrooms to your taste.

Warm the pan, add a spoonful of oil. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, transfer to a pan, fry until tender, 4-5 minutes.

Take a plate for salad, in the center set the molding ring. Put the mushrooms in the first layer, grease with mayonnaise.

Peel and grate boiled potatoes. Put the potatoes on top of the mushrooms.

Layer potatoes with mayonnaise. Finely chop the cucumber and add to the salad with the next layer.

Boil the hard boiled eggs, after the eggs, peel them off, grate on a medium grater and transfer to a salad. Lubricate the layer with mayonnaise.

Hard cheese, grate with medium chips – this is the final layer of salad.

Soak the salad and serve. Enjoy your meal!
