Raven Nest Salad is very easy to prepare. The main thing is to fry Pai potatoes correctly. In order to make a crispy, golden straw well, choose even root vegetables, without eyes, of the same size. Rinse the sliced potatoes very thoroughly in cold water, removing the starch to the maximum. Crispy onions, fresh cucumber and fried potatoes go well with boiled chicken and velvety boiled eggs.
Prepare all the ingredients for the preparation of the salad.
For salad, you need to cook Pai potatoes. It will be one of the components of the salad and its decoration. Peel the potatoes, cut into thin strips, and rinse thoroughly 2-3 times in cold water. This is done in order to remove starch.
Then discard the potatoes on a sieve. Now it does not darken.
Dry the chopped potatoes well with a paper towel.
In a thick-bottomed pan, heat the sunflower-seed refined oil well until a light haze develops. In portions, put the potatoes in boiling oil and fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Put ready-made fried potatoes on a paper towel.
Cut the boiled chicken and put in a salad bowl.
Wash, peel and dice the cucumber. Put in a salad.
Hard-boiled chicken eggs, cool, peel. Finely chop and add to the salad.
Put some chips in the salad.
Peel, wash and chop at random. Add to salad. If the onion is very bitter, then you can pour it over with boiling water.
Salad to taste and season with mayonnaise.
Stir all the salad ingredients.
Put the salad on a plate with a slide. Make a recess in the middle. Cover the salad with potato fried straws. Put boiled quail eggs in the recess. Garnish with greens.
The crow's nest salad is ready. Serve on the festive table.
