Description of the preparation:
Baltic salad is prepared quickly and easily. Take crab sticks of good quality and then the dish will be juicy and tasty. Instead of crab sticks, crab meat is also suitable. If even after adding black ground pepper you think that the salad is not sharp enough, then add green onions or garlic.
Prepare the ingredients for the salad.
Finely chop the crab sticks or crab meat and put in a salad bowl.
Hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel and finely chop too. Add to salad.
Peel the carrots, wash and grate. Put in a pan.
Peel onions, wash and cut into half rings. Add to carrots.
Pour in sunflower oil and simmer vegetables, stirring for 7-8 minutes.
Hard cheese grate. Put in a salad bowl, add onions with carrots.
Season the salad with mayonnaise.
Pepper and salt to taste, mix.
Baltic salad is ready. Decorate it to your liking. I garnished with a little red caviar. Serve for a snack on weekdays and holidays.
