Prepare all ingredients.

Pour in 100 ml of rye malt. hot water and leave to steep for a while.

80 ml. Dissolve dry yeast and sugar with warm water. Leave it for 10 minutes to activate.

Sift wheat and rye flour into a deep bowl. Stir.

Add salt, vegetable oil, and risen yeast. Stir.

Pour in warm malt diluted with water. Knead to a smooth, slightly sticky dough.

Roll the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and put away for 1-1.5 hours in a warm place.

Place the raised dough on a floured surface. Knead well and form into a loaf of bread. Cover with a tea towel and leave to rise for another half hour. Then bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
