In fact, this is just something incredible, you can even serve such a delicious dessert on a festive table. If you wish, you can always decorate it with additional berries, fruits, chocolate chips, or whatever. Take note, I'm sure you, like me, will be satisfied with the result!
- Ryazhenka – 300 Milliliters
- Water – 50 Milliliters
- Gelatin – 10 Grams
- Cocoa powder – 5 Grams
- Sugar – 1-2 tbsp. spoons (or honey)
How to cook "Ryazhenka soufflé"
Prepare all ingredients.
Transfer the gelatin to a bowl and pour in 50 ml. water. Leave for 5-7 minutes to swell the gelatin, then put it in the microwave and heat to warm water. Leave it on for 15 seconds to melt the gelatin.
Pour fermented baked milk into a deep bowl and add delicious cocoa powder.
Add sugar or sugar substitute. Stir and taste for sweetness.
Now pour in the melted gelatin and beat the mass with a mixer for 5 minutes at medium speed.
Pour the liquid into glasses and refrigerate for 25 minutes.
Dessert is ready!
