Rosemary and ginger tea

Cooking description:

Healthy tea will appeal to both adults and children if you serve it with various desserts, fresh pastries or sandwiches. You can pre-brew tea in a thermos, but you need to store it no more than 2-3 hours, otherwise then the drink starts to taste bitter.

Prepare the indicated ingredients. You can use fresh rosemary or green tea instead of black.

Place a tea bag in a teapot or replace it with 1 tbsp. tea leaves. Add dried rosemary to it.

Peel some of the ginger root and cut it into slices, pour into the kettle. Do not add much, as the drink will taste bitter. Moderation is important!

Boil water and pour boiling water into a teapot. Cover the container with a lid and leave for 5-10 minutes to steam.

Then add granulated sugar and add the chopped lemon slices. It is better not to add lemon at the beginning, as the tea will not stain. Sugar can be replaced with flower honey to make the drink even healthier. However, in this case, honey must be added to tea that has cooled to 30 degrees, so that it does not lose its beneficial properties.

Pour hot tea into cups or glasses, serve along with delicious pastries.
