I definitely recommend preparing a Roman salad with beef. The salad is very tasty and will surely be enjoyed by everyone at the table. It is prepared quite simply, except for the time of preparation of beef, then relatively quickly. This salad is perfect for any holiday table!
Prepare all the ingredients.
Heat oil in a frying pan and lay out the beef sliced in strips.
Fry the beef until golden brown over high heat, then add salt to taste, spices, cover and over low heat bring to full readiness. Pour a small amount of water periodically to make the beef stew in juice.
Cut the cucumber into strips.
Grind the nuts in any convenient way.
Beat the egg with salt and ground pepper. You can add 1 tsp. milk.
Bake a pancake from the egg mass. Bake the second pancake in the same way.
Roll the pancakes and roll with a sharp knife, a width of 5-7 mm.
On a flat dish in which you will serve salad, put evenly washed and dried salad leaves.
Put roasted beef on top.
Put the cucumber cut into strips on the beef. Salt the cucumber and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions and crushed garlic.
