Description of the preparation:
Making dill roll is easy. I will use ready-made puff pastry, but you can use any home-made one if you wish, and both puff and ordinary yeast recipe will do. For the filling, take whatever you like best; there is a lot of room for imagination here. Today I have fragrant garlic and fresh herbs. Tasty, simple and fast!
Prepare all the ingredients.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough in the shape of a rectangle. Slightly stepping away from one edge, grease with soft butter and sprinkle with the garlic passed through the press.
Salt and sprinkle with chopped dill.
Fold the edges on three sides as in the photo.
Then roll the roll not very tight.
Gently transfer the roll onto a baking sheet covered with parchment. Lubricate on all sides with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at a temperature of 190-200 degrees for about 25 minutes. The top should be browned.
