Below I will tell you more about how to cook asp with mushrooms. Instead of chanterelles, you can take champignons or oyster mushrooms. It is better to take potatoes of a type that does not boil too much when frying.
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the onion into half rings, fry in a pan until transparent.
Wash the chanterelles, dry a little and chop coarsely. Send them to the skillet, turn the temperature slightly and fry until golden brown. Season with salt.
While the chanterelles are roasting, wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into medium slices. Rinse the potatoes well in cold water.
Pour hot water over potatoes, leave for 1 minute. Drain and dry. This is to prevent the potatoes from cooling the hot pan.
Transfer the chanterelles to a plate. Add oil and add potatoes. Fry the potatoes until soft and golden brown.
Add the chanterelles back to the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper a little more to taste. Fry until excess liquid evaporates.
Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy your meal!
