The prepared dish turns out to be not only tasty, but also very healthy. It can be cooked at any time of the year, since apples and raisins can always be bought in a supermarket or store. Use parboiled rice – porridge will cook faster and you will not need to wait.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Rinse the rice in water several times until it becomes transparent.
Pour cereals into a cauldron or container with a non-stick bottom, fill with hot water. Add a pinch of salt and place the container on the stove. Bring its contents to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes.
Rinse the apple, cut into four parts and cut the cores, cut into small cubes. Add to the bowl to the rice.
Add raisins there and boil for another 5-6 minutes until the apple slices are soft.
Place the lid on the container and turn off the heat. Leave to steam for 5 minutes.
Place the rice porridge on a plate and serve with honey, syrup or topping.
