It is better to cook rice for pancakes not in water, but in a mixture of water and milk, 1: 1. I suggest adding some cinnamon, sugar, eggs and flour. Prepare your ingredients.
Beat two chicken eggs into the pre-cooked rice porridge.
Add granulated sugar and ground cinnamon to the bowl. Stir the ingredients.
Add wheat flour to a bowl.
Mix all the ingredients again and heat in parallel with a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Spoon the rice over with a tablespoon. Fry the pancakes for 3-4 minutes over low heat. Serve the finished pancakes.
