Prepare everything according to the list. Peel, wash, dry vegetables.
Disassemble broccoli into inflorescences, cut sweet pepper into strips.
Peel and cut the carrots in strips. Add carrots to vegetables.
Rinse the tomatoes, dry them, cut the tomatoes into slices.
Peel and fry the shrimp on both sides, for a couple of minutes.
Pour rice water with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. After a while, drain the water.
Stew vegetables in a pan until cooked, 8-10 minutes on low heat.
