Description of preparation:
In addition to mussels, I suggest adding sweet peppers, onions, tomatoes, a little soy sauce, spices. Boil rice noodles for 4-5 minutes, see the instructions on your packaging. You can serve noodles to the table as a lunch or dinner, this is a rather satisfying and nutritious option. Take note of the recipe!
Prepare the ingredients. Boil water and cook rice noodles for 4 minutes.
Peel the onions and sweet peppers, rinse and cut into cubes.
Rinse the tomato, dry. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
Heat oil in a pan, shift vegetables and mussels. Fry for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
Add rice noodles, all spices and some soy sauce to the vegetables. Stir and serve immediately.
