Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Put salt, sugar and warm yeast in warm milk. Add softened butter, stir until smooth.
Pour in the sifted flour.
Knead the dough, you can knead with a mixer.
Pick the dough into a bowl, cover with a napkin or cling film, put in a warm place for fermentation for 1-1.5 hours.
While the dough is suitable, prepare the filling, for this, cut the onion the way you like and fry it until light golden in butter, it is good if it is ghee.
Boil the rice until almost ready, drop it on a sieve.
