For the recipe we use pork ribs, I have homemade cherry juice, you can use store juice. In addition to the juice, add soy sauce, garlic and onions. We will simmer our ribs in a cauldron. Serve with potatoes or vegetables, you can also add sauce if desired.
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the pork ribs into portions, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Peel and cut the onion into half rings, rub the garlic on a coarse grater.
Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the ribs and fry for 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Place the ribs in a cauldron or pot with thick sides and bottom. Add onion and garlic.
Pour cherry juice into a saucepan.
Add soy sauce and, if desired, some spices. Cover the saucepan and cook the ribs over low heat for 60-70 minutes.
