The salad turns out to be quite juicy, tender and very tasty. We will fry the champignons for the salad, we will also add cheese, eggs, ham, and for dressing we will take mayonnaise, you can use homemade. We lay out the salad itself in layers, with a slide, decorate with tomato slices to get the look of a red cap.
Prepare your ingredients.
Peel the champignons, rinse, dry. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
Heat the frying pan and grease with oil, add the mushrooms, fry, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes.
Cut the ham into small strips or cubes.
Prepare a salad plate. Lay out the first layer of ham, brush with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put fried mushrooms on top of the ham, brush with mayonnaise.
Boil chicken eggs for 10 minutes, cool and peel. Grate eggs on a fine grater, put on top of the mushrooms. Brush with mayonnaise.
Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater, put the cheese on top of the eggs. Brush with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to the salad to taste.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and place on top of the salad. Decorate the salad to your liking before serving.
