Prepare the ingredients.
Pour water into the pan, rinse the barley, put it in water and cook until half cooked.
Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan, remove the fat from the stew and put it in the pan, heat.
Finely chop the carrots (diced), onions (diced), cucumbers (strips) and transfer them to a frying pan.
When the vegetables are well cooked, add the tomato paste.
To balance the taste, add a pinch of sugar.
At the end of the roast, add chopped garlic to it.
Put potatoes, chopped into a large cube, in a pan, after 10 minutes of cooking, mash the stew into small pieces and add it to the soup.
Once the potatoes are cooked until cooked, put the frying in the pickle.
Now you can salt the pickle, I do not recommend salt before this point, as cucumbers will give the salt and you will understand how much more to add. Add bay leaf.
Once the pickle is ready, add chopped dill and turn it off.
