Raisin and Walnut Pie

I highly recommend you make such a cake. It is extraordinarily tender, moist and delicious. Preparing is simple and relatively quick. Such a cake will compete with any cake on the festive table.
Prepare the ingredients for making the cake.
Separate the yolks from the whites and place in a bowl.
Pour in 200 grams of sugar.
Mix thoroughly with a whisk or whisk with a mixer.
Add sour cream and stir well again.
Pour in melted butter.
Pour in baking powder.
Dry the walnuts in a skillet or oven. Then grind in a blender and add to the dough.
Add flour and stir.
Wash the raisins with warm water and add to the bowl with the dough.
Stir all ingredients. The pie dough is ready.
Place the dough in a baking paper dish. The diameter of my mold is 20 centimeters. I do not recommend taking a large form.
Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 175-180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Check readiness with a dry wooden stick.
Whisk the whites of three eggs into a thick foam. Then gradually add 100 grams of sugar without stopping whisking. You get a dense meringue that keeps its shape well.
Spoon the meringue onto the cake, forming "waves".
Return the pie to the oven and lightly brown at 160 degrees.
The raisin and walnut pie is ready.
Let the cake cool and serve immediately.
