Radish salad with tongue

A salad of just a few ingredients, but it is not a shame to serve it on the festive table. You can take both green and black radishes, but the salad will turn out sharper. Mayonnaise can be completely replaced with sour cream and vice versa. Instead of parsley, you can take young dill.
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the radish and tongue salad.
Cut the boiled tongue into strips and place in a bowl.
Wash and peel the radish. Cut into thin strips, add to bowl with tongue.
Cut the boiled potatoes into strips and add to the salad.
In another bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, grated garlic and chopped parsley and stir.
Add the dressing to the salad and stir. Refrigerate and let stand 15 minutes.
