To all lovers of rabbit meat I want to offer my favorite recipe for cooking this dietary meat. Let's bake a rabbit with spices in our own juice. The rabbit turns out to be juicy, tender and very tasty! Can be served with a variety of sauces, fresh vegetables, or any other side dish. And if you don't have rabbit meat, don't despair. This recipe can be used to cook chicken or turkey. It will turn out just as well. Give it a try!
Prepare all ingredients.
Before cooking, it is advisable to soak the rabbit in cold water for several hours (2-3 hours will be enough). Then rinse the carcass and cut into portions.
Transfer the rabbit to any deep container. Add crushed garlic, adjika, mustard, mayonnaise, oil, spices and salt to taste.
Mix everything thoroughly and leave the meat to marinate for at least 2 hours. You can leave it overnight.
Then place the rabbit in a roasting sleeve, tie the ends, and pierce the sleeve in several places for steam to escape. Cook the meat in the oven at 200 degrees for 60 minutes. In the process, a lot of liquid will be released and the rabbit will cook in its own juice. You can check the readiness of the meat with a knife.
