Cooking is very simple and quick, the only thing I advise you to do is pour the quinoa with water and leave it for a few hours. Add a little onion, sweet pepper and mushrooms to the turkey – you get a great combination. You can serve quinoa with fresh vegetables, homemade pickles, and herbs to taste.
Prepare all ingredients.
Rinse the mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Peel the bell peppers and cut into small pieces.
Cut the turkey into small pieces. Peel the onion, cut into cubes.
Cover the quinoa with water and leave for a few hours.
Heat some oil in a skillet, add vegetables and turkey, cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Add the quinoa and the garlic clove crushed with a knife to the skillet.
Pour in water, add salt and pepper. Cook, covered, for 15-20 minutes over low heat.
