Pumpkin with mushrooms in the oven

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. The list of ingredients indicates the amount already peeled and peeled pumpkin seeds. Mushrooms also need to be cleaned and rinsed.

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces of about the same size.

Mix sour cream with salt and paprika. Mix well.

Dip each piece of pumpkin into the prepared sour cream sauce and put in a baking dish. Send the form to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. You need to wait until the pumpkin becomes soft, the cooking time depends on the pumpkin variety.

While pumpkin is baked, we will take care of the mushrooms. Cut the peeled mushrooms into 2-4 parts, depending on the size of the mushrooms.

Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil until golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste.
