Description of the preparation:
I’ll explain below how to make pumpkin waffles. You can cook pumpkin puree yourself, or buy a ready-made one. It should not contain salt. Finely chopped walnut can also be added to the dough.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Combine all dry ingredients.
Dilute pumpkin puree in milk, add the zest of lemon and 1 tbsp. lemon juice. Season with ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Combine dry and liquid ingredients together. If necessary, add more milk, the dough should turn out to be fluid, but not very liquid.
Bake wafers in greased form for about 10 minutes.
