Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 40 minutes.

While the pumpkin is cooking, boil the quinoa for 15-20 minutes until tender.

Peel the apple and cut into small cubes. Soak the raisins in warm water for a couple of minutes, then drain and rinse. Chop celery and herbs too.

Remove the pumpkin from the oven. Scrape off some of the pulp with a spoon, cut it into cubes.
