Description of the preparation:
Pumpkin juice is rich in a huge amount of vitamins and minerals. It is especially beneficial for the liver. The orange color of the pumpkin is due to the presence of a large amount of beta-carotene, which our body converts to vitamin A. Preparing the juice is very simple with a juicer. The less heat treated it is, the greater the benefit. Natural juice can be slightly diluted with boiled water. Put sugar to taste. You can not put it at all when you come across a sweet pumpkin variety.
Prepare pumpkin, citric acid, and sugar to make juice.
Peel, wash, and cut the pumpkin into small pieces that are conveniently passed through a juicer.
Pass the pumpkin through the juicer.
Pour the juice into a pan with a thick bottom and place on the stove. Add sugar to taste.
Boil the juice for 5-6 minutes. Add citric acid and mix.
Pour pumpkin juice into a sterilized jar and roll up the lid. Store in a cool place.
Pumpkin juice with citric acid is ready. Can be served.
