Boil rice for salad in advance until cooked, use ordinary round rice. We also add curd cheese and fresh cucumbers to the salad. You can serve salad to the table right away. I am sure you will like the recipe and you will use it more than once.
Prepare your ingredients. Boil the rice in advance. Take two servings of water per serving of dry rice. Dry rice will need 80 grams, water – 160-170 ml.
Prepare a salad ring. Place rice in the first layer.
Place the curd cheese in the next layer.
Brush a layer of curd cheese with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the fresh cucumber into thin slices, put the next layer in the salad.
Cut the salmon into nice slices and place on top of the cucumbers.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the salad and serve.
