You can literally whip up a puff salad with chicken, the main thing is to prepare all the necessary ingredients in advance. All products are perfectly combined with each other, while the salad turns out to be hearty and inexpensive. Give it a try!
Prepare all ingredients. Boil potatoes, carrots, eggs, and chicken breast in salted water. Refrigerate.
Lay out the salad in layers. Grease each layer with mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste. Put the grated potatoes on a coarse grater in the first layer.
The second layer is finely chopped onion.
The third layer is cucumbers grated on a coarse grater. Pre-squeeze the cucumbers to remove excess moisture.
The fourth layer is diced chicken fillet.
Next, lay out the canned corn (leave a little for decoration).
Spread the carrots grated on a fine grater on top.
Brush the layer with mayonnaise, leaving the center intact. Spread mayonnaise on all sides of the salad. Put the grated eggs on a fine grater, spreading them both on top (without touching the center) and on the sides of the salad.
Salt and pepper the eggs and make a mesh of mayonnaise. Then decorate the salad with corn kernels and get creative. Puff chicken salad is ready. Let it soak for a couple of hours and serve.
