Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Thaw the dough in advance (about 30 minutes at room temperature).

Cut in portions, about 1 cm thick.
Out of 250 grams of dough, I got 20 puffs. Put them on a baking sheet with baking paper. Beat the egg with a fork and grease the puffs with a cooking brush.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
