You can serve ready-made profiteroles to the table immediately after preparation. If you don't like onions, then exclude them from the list of ingredients. Instead of chicken liver, any other will do.
Prepare your ingredients.
Put butter in water and melt it.
Add salt and flour.
Mix everything very well.
Beat in the chicken eggs one at a time.
Spoon the dough onto a baking sheet.
Send the profiteroles to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Lay out the liver and onions. Cook everything together for 10 minutes.
Fill the prepared profiteroles with the liver and onion.
