Description of preparation:
For soup, take summer seasonal vegetables – young potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes, onions, carrots and peppers. If desired, the soup can be prepared on chicken broth, you can also add chopped greens to it, served, a little homemade crackers.
Prepare the ingredients.
Wash the potatoes well and dry them, cut into small pieces.
Peel onions and carrots, rinse and dry, chop randomly.
Rinse the tomato and pepper, dry, chop randomly. Also peel the garlic clove.
Rinse and dry the zucchini, cut into small pieces.
Fold the vegetables in a pan, fill with water, cook until vegetables are ready – 25 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, spices to the pan to taste.
Grind all vegetables and broth until smooth, remove the sample and serve the soup to the table.
