The base is fillet and champignons, we use sour cream with a low percentage of fat, also add a little cheese, preferably 35-40% fat. You can use any spices. Serve julienne with rice or fresh vegetables.
Prepare your ingredients.
Rinse the chicken fillet and dry, cut into small pieces. Rinse and dry the mushrooms, cut into small pieces.
Peel the onion and rinse, cut into small cubes.
Dilute sour cream with warm water, add spices to taste.
Heat some water in a frying pan, transfer the chicken, mushrooms and onions. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Transfer the chicken and mushrooms to an ovenproof dish, top with sour cream.
Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater and sprinkle on the piece. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
