Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making chicken goulash for proper nutrition.
Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry and cut into medium sized pieces. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add one tablespoon of water, lay out the chicken.
Fry the chicken for 5-7 minutes over medium heat until golden brown.
Peel and wash the carrots, grate on a medium grater. Add it to the chicken skillet.
Peel the onion and chop finely, add to the chicken and carrot pan.
Fry everything for 5 minutes, stirring.
