Pouring from cherry leaves is not for everybody, and in order to understand this you need to do it at least once. According to this recipe, it turns out to be quite strong, about 35 degrees. So if you like lighter drinks, make sugar syrup and add it to alcohol. Over time, the liqueur will change its color from greenish to dark tea color. At the same time, its taste will also change into a more intense one.
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the cherry-leaf liqueur.
Rinse the cherry leaves, dry and chop finely. Place in a wide-mouth jar.
Pour alcohol into a jar with leaves and sugar. Mix everything and close tightly with a lid.
Remove to a dark, dry place and leave for 5-6 days.
Strain the liqueur through a fine sieve with cotton wool.
Pour into a bottle and close. Refrigerate before use.
