Below I will tell you in more detail how to prepare the Monastyrsky potato salad. The potatoes can be boiled in their skins if you are more used to it. The salad is best served with unrefined sunflower oil. Optionally, you can add a clove of minced garlic. This salad can be served both as a side dish and as an independent dish.
Prepare all ingredients.
Wash the potatoes, peel them. Cut into cubes. Boil in boiling salted water for 7-10 minutes until tender. Drain the water.
Transfer the potatoes to a bowl, add a little vegetable oil, stir lightly.
Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
Cut the onion into thin feathers.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add finely chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste, season the salad with vegetable oil.
Let the salad sit for 15 minutes, then serve. Enjoy your meal!
