Below I will tell you more about how to cook potato salad from Jamie Oliver. Part of the mayonnaise can be replaced with natural sugar-free yogurt. The salad is very springy – a young potato, lots of greens and an original dressing with capers. It turns out incredibly tasty!
Prepare all the ingredients.
Divide dill into stems and leaves.
Rinse the potatoes, then cut them into halves. If the peel is thin, you can not clean it.
Transfer potatoes and dill stalks to the pan. Pour in cold water, salt and cook for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Then cool the potatoes completely.
For dressing, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mustard in a bowl.
Chop capers and gherkins finely.
Add capers and gherkins. Shuffle. Season with salt and black pepper.
Combine the dressing with potatoes. Crush the riccot. Add finely chopped green onions and dill. Shuffle.
