I suggest making potato rabbit soup. Both adults and children will like this dish. A tasty and healthy first course will diversify any diet. In order to make the soup more satisfying, I will add oatmeal, but you can replace them with cereals: rice, millet, buckwheat, etc.
Prepare all ingredients.
Rinse the rabbit, put in a saucepan and cover with water. Add a clean onion, peeled from the top layer of husk, carrots, chopped into pieces, peppercorns, bay leaves and salt to taste. Boil the broth on a low boil until the meat is completely cooked.
While the broth is cooking, fry the onions and carrots in a skillet.
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Prepare cereals and herbs. Take simple flakes, quick cooking will not work.
Strain the finished broth and return back to the saucepan.
Add vegetables and cereals. Adjust for salt and cook soup until all ingredients are cooked through.
Add any fresh herbs at the very end. Potato rabbit soup is ready.
