Prepare all the ingredients.
Peel the potatoes, cut into slices. Pour in water and boil until soft.
Separate the liquid in which the potatoes were cooked. Add yeast, mix until completely dissolved.
Chop the mashed potatoes.
Add salt, flour and diluted yeast to the boiled potatoes in water.
Heat a pan with plenty of oil. Form pancakes from the dough. It is more convenient to do this with greased hands. Sauté over medium heat until cooked.
Put the finished pancakes on paper towels to absorb all the oil.
