Prepare the necessary products.
In a slow cooker, in the "Baking" mode, heat the vegetable oil. Coarsely chop the onions and carrots. Fry until half cooked.
Cut a large dice of potatoes, add to the bowl of the crock-pot.
Stir the potatoes with vegetables, lay the smoked ribs on top. In the "Baking" mode, cook until half-cooked potatoes.
Add tomato juice, mix gently and warm for another 15 minutes.
