Below I will tell you in more detail how to cook porridge with caramelized pumpkin. If you like, you can add cinnamon, cardamom and orange zest to the caramel. Instead of millet porridge, you can cook rice or oatmeal.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Bring the milk to a boil, add a pinch of salt and washed millet. Cook porridge for half an hour under a lid over low heat.
Melt the sugar to a liquid over medium heat. Add a slice of oil, mix.
Pour in the cream, mix again until smooth.
Add the diced pumpkin, mix so that it is completely covered with caramel. Sauté the pumpkin for 10-12 minutes until golden.
