Probably, there is nothing easier than to cook pork ribs with mushrooms. I had champignons, but oyster mushrooms, mushrooms, chanterelles, and porcini mushrooms are also suitable. Pre-soak dried mushrooms in water for several hours and boil. With them, pork will be even more aromatic and tastier. The dish is suitable for the holiday table.
Prepare all the ingredients for making pork ribs with mushrooms.
Wash the pork ribs, dry and put into a pan with a thick bottom.
Pour in refined sunflower oil and fry the ribs until light, golden brown.
Peel, wash and chop onions and carrots at will. Put in a pan to the ribs.
Pour 500 ml. water. Cover the pan and simmer the meat over medium heat until soft.
Peel the mushrooms, wash and chop, but not very finely. Add to the ribs.
Salt the meat with mushrooms, pepper and add the bay leaf.
Stir the ribs with mushrooms and simmer another 10 minutes.
Ribs with mushrooms are ready. Serve with any side dish.
