Pork is best taken with streaks of fat. They will make the meat more tender and juicy. The neck works best. Any honey can be taken, as long as there is no allergy to it. If desired, add adjika, garlic or other spices as desired.
Prepare all the ingredients needed to cook honey marinade pork.
Pour soy sauce into a bowl, squeeze juice from lemon. Add honey, mustard and mix everything until a smooth marinade.
Wash the pork and pat dry with a paper towel. Slice the meat into steaks that are two centimeters thick without cutting through. Brush the marinade on all the pieces inside and out.
Place the meat in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for marinating for 12 hours.
Place the meat whole side up in the baking sleeve. Tie the edges and puncture a few times to allow steam to escape. Pour some water into a baking dish and place the meat in the sleeve in it.
Place in a hot oven and bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees. Make shallow diagonal cuts.
Brush the surface with the remaining marinade and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven, cut into slices and serve immediately.
