Cook the pork heart for at least 1 hour, as it has a very dense texture. Be sure to chill the offal before preparing the salad, as well as boiled chicken eggs. If you don't have the green onions available, marinate the sliced onions in apple cider vinegar and squeeze them out of the marinade.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Cut the pork heart in half, rinse thoroughly, flushing the blood from the ducts, put in a saucepan. Pour in warm water and place the container on the stove, boiling the offal for 1 hour. Be sure to remove the resulting foam. Boil chicken eggs for 15 minutes. Cool both the heart and boiled chicken eggs for about 15 minutes in the cold.
Peel boiled chicken eggs from the shell, rinse in water and cut into small cubes. Rinse the green onion stalks, chop them and add them to a deep bowl along with the egg slices.
Using the same cubes as the eggs, cut the cooled pork heart, cutting off the ducts, the aorta. Add to container.
Add salt. Ground black pepper – optional.
Put mayonnaise or sour cream of any fat content, mix gently.
Serve the salad to the table or chill it in the refrigerator, it will be saturated with the aroma of green onions and will become even tastier! Enjoy your meal!
