I offer a simple and very tasty recipe – pork cutlets with bread. You can cook them from a fresh piece of pork with onions and bread. The dish is nutritious and high-calorie, but very tasty.
Prepare the ingredients.
Break the bread into pieces, pour milk for a minute, then squeeze.
Peel the onion and cut into large pieces.
Rinse the meat and cut it into slices.
Twist meat, bread and onions through a meat grinder. Salt and pepper the resulting stuffing.
Beat the egg in minced meat and mix.
With wet hands, form round cutlets and place them in a frying pan with heated oil.
Fry the patties on both sides for 10-15 minutes on low heat on each side, covering with a lid so that the patties are steamed and cooked well inside.
