Pollock with vegetables in a slow cooker
Description of the preparation:
The cooking process is so simple that even a novice housewife can handle the dish. I note only one point, do not reduce the number of vegetables, otherwise it will lose its juiciness.
Prepare the necessary products. Wash and clean fish and vegetables.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Cut the onion into quarters of rings. In the Baking program, heat oil in a multicooker bowl and fry the prepared vegetables until soft.
Zucchini grate on a coarse grater. Remove the peel from the tomato and cut into a cube.
Add zucchini with tomato to fried onions and carrots. Continue frying for 15 minutes.
While vegetables are fried, cut pollock into pieces, salt, sprinkle with pepper.
After the time has passed, put the pieces of fish to the vegetables and continue the process on the Baking program for 25 minutes.
The dish is ready to serve.
