The perfect combination of boiled rice and lightly salted salmon will brighten up when you accentuate it with additional ingredients to taste. You can use salmon or chum salmon, trout instead of salmon. The main thing is not to forget about fresh herbs and sauces.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Rinse the rice several times in water until it turns transparent. Put in a cauldron, add salt and apple cider vinegar. Pour in hot water and boil the cereal for about 15 minutes from the moment the liquid boils. Then turn off the heat and let the rice cook for about 5-6 minutes under the lid.
Put some of the boiled rice in a bowl or deep plate, gently flatten.
Rinse the cucumber in water, cut the tails off and cut into slices. Place on a layer of rice. Lay out the sliced lime or lemon.
On the other side of the container, place the pieces of Chinese cabbage leaves, previously washed, pieces of lightly salted salmon.
Rinse fresh herbs and chop, put in a container. Pour soy sauce over everything and serve.
