Baked or grilled meats will be much more delicious when served with aromatic plum sauce. It can be made with fresh fruit in the summer or frozen in the winter.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Peel the onion and rinse in water. Cut into small cubes and pass in hot vegetable oil in a skillet for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Add wheat flour and stir lightly, fry for about 1 minute.
Lay out the thawed plums or fresh plums slices and remove the pits. Season with salt and pepper.
Put out everything for about 3 minutes, pouring in hot water. If the plums taste sour, add granulated sugar.
Then pour into a deep bowl and blend with a hand blender to remove the plum skins.
Place the sauce in a gravy boat and serve. You can cool and serve the sauce cold.
