Any plums should be used to make this jam. If there is no multicooker, then you can safely make it on a regular stove, only you should choose a pan with a thick bottom so that the jam does not stick when cooking.
Prepare your ingredients.
Wash the plums.
Remove the bones and cut them into pieces. Put in a multicooker.
Set the "Extinguishing" program on the display. Cooking time – 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, carefully remove the bowl from the multicooker.
Use a hand blender to puree the jam.
Add cinnamon and citric acid. Select the "Extinguishing" program again. Cooking time – 5 minutes.
Put the finished jam in a clean glass jar.
Plum jam in a slow cooker is ready!
