Description of the preparation:
It is unlikely that anyone will be able to refuse a slice of colorful pizza with a tongue, especially if you serve it hot so that the cheese stretches during the tasting.
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Sift wheat flour into a deep bowl, pour in vegetable oil, a little water, pour salt.
Knead a thick, tough dough and let it stand for about 20 minutes, covering with cling film.
Rinse the tomatoes, cut the green cuttings from the fruit. Cut the boiled pork tongue into slices, the tomatoes into slices, and grate hard cheese.
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it with vegetable oil, roll the dough into a layer and transfer it to the baking sheet. Grease the dough with mayonnaise or ketchup, any pizza sauce. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and place in it a baking sheet with a base for 5-8 minutes.
When the base is browned, put slices of tongue and tomatoes on it.
Sprinkle everything on top with grated cheese, lightly salt and send back to the oven for another 5-6 minutes.
After that, remove the pizza with the tongue from the oven and move it to the board or dish, serve hot to the table to stretch the cheese.
