Crispy celery pieces, aromatic cheese with sausages and juicy vegetables are the perfect combination. All ingredients complement each other perfectly. Separately, I would like to tell you about the very basis. The dough turns out to be thin, tender and very tasty! You can safely experiment with fillings, the dough will suit everything. Take note of the recipe!
Prepare all ingredients.
Combine warm water, sugar and yeast. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes.
In a deep bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Add yeast mixture.
Stir, add oil.
Knead the dough. The finished dough will stick to your hands a little – this is normal. Collect it in a ball, brush with oil, cover the bowl with cling film and put in a warm place for 1 hour. The finished dough should increase in size.
Then divide the dough into two parts. Each slice makes a pizza, 26-27 cm in diameter. The second part can be frozen or pizza with any other filling. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough to the size of the mold. Grease the mold with butter, transfer the dough into it and form small sides with your hands. Then prick the dough with a fork.
Spread the sauce over the dough and sprinkle with oregano.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle some of it on the base.
Top with chopped sausage, bell pepper and celery.
Then arrange the cherry tomatoes in slices and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for about 7-10 minutes. The dough is thin enough, the main thing here is not to dry it out.
The celery pizza is ready. Sprinkle any fresh herbs on top if you wish. Bon Appetit!
