Strain the steamed spices through a fine sieve. Mix the broth with tomato paste. Salt to taste. Stir. We no longer need the used spices.
Brush the pizza base with tomato sauce.
On the sauce, spread the onion chopped with thin feathers, the bell pepper chopped into thin strips, and one sausage chopped into round pieces.
Cover the base with the filling with cheese, sprinkle with spices on top, lay out the cherry tomatoes cut into rounds.
Cut the sausages into 3 pieces and arrange them along the edge of the base.
Divide the remaining dough into small pieces that can be used to wrap the sausages. Wrap each sausage in dough. Fasten the seam well.
Arrange the wrapped sausages around the edge of the pizza. Sprinkle the gaps between the sausages with cheese. Put the pizza to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, remove the baking sheet from the oven. Refrigerate slightly. Transfer to a serving dish.
